Permanent additions
Version 1.3 went live after maintenance on August 19, 2026. It added the Fogden Game story, Duskmoor, Stillmeadow House, the Sirocco vehicle, and new Duskmoor content.

Time-limited records
The update also listed character boards, events, shops, and the Tide watercraft with explicit end dates. A live guide must separate active acquisition windows from expired records.
- The Zankou and Nanally board remains active on September 1 and ends September 9, 2026 at 05:59 (UTC+8).
- Many Version 1.3 events run through September 30, 2026.
- Confirm the live in-game notice before spending currency.
